Scrap tires are a major environmental hazard, and up until now there has been no cost effective, environmentally sound way of dealing with their ever-growing number.

Scrap tires consist of valuable materials that can now be economically recovered for competitive use in many industries.

CBp Carbon Industries Inc, has acquired worldwide exclusive license rights to a newly developed, proven and independently tested technology that allows scrap tires to be profitably reprocessed into valuable commodities, with minimal environmental impact.

This patented technology converts the by-products of tire pyrolysis (heating in the absence of oxygen) into a nano-particle compound (CBp), that is a competitive substitute for commercial carbon black, and a clean-burning gas that can be used to generate electricity. Carbon black is a widely used and critical material in many industries including rubber products, paints, plastics, asphalt and concrete.

This concept is invaluable to jurisdictions wishing to clean up existing tire landfills or provide a commercially viable, eco-friendly path for used tire recycling.

CBp Carbon Industries Inc. was established to commercialize this technology in the USA and the EU and its first operational facilities are in the EU, home to the most stringent legislation in the world regarding tire disposal.

The company is U.S. based, incorporated in the State of Nevada, with subsidiary companies operating in the EU. It is traded publicly in the U.S. on the Pink Sheets (Trading Symbol: CBPJ.PK), which are administered by NASD (National Association of Broker Dealers).
